Our CSSD equipment is built for precision. Returns are handled with clinical scrutiny.
Cancellation notice for hospital furniture must be submitted within 30 days of receipt at your medical facility in Chennai or via an authorized delivery representative.
To exercise a return, please submit a formal declaration through our institutional service portal.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of engineering validation at our Chennai facility. Credits will be issued to the original institutional account without additional transaction fees.
Return Conditions:
For medical equipment to be eligible for return, ensure that:
Units must remain in original sterile packaging.
Purchase within last 30 business days.
Non-returnable equipment items:
Custom-fabricated stainless steel workstations or modular cabinetry built to site specs.
Consumables or chemical agents with expired sterilization dates or open seals.
Unsealed items that violate hospital infection control or hygiene protocols.
Equipment permanently integrated into the facility’s utility lines post-delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our technical safety and engineering standards at our sole discretion.

We are not liable for damage during return transit. Use tracked medical-grade logistics. Refunds require signed receipt and verification of integrity before processing.
Notes:
For institutional purchases via third-party procurement, credits are issued to the purchasing entity. Direct facility orders receive credit via bank transfer following technical audit.
Refunds for equipment procured through government grants or large hospital tenders follow standard Indian procurement audits and statutory guidelines.
